Sin dejar de repetir entre una consulta y otra esa especie de mantra que conforma la base de esta técnica. Increíblemente me devolvieron la agenda que había dejado en un taxi. Pero lo más importante para mí fue la paz mental y la calma que logré al recitar estas palabras.
Al otro día comencé a investigar sobre ese maravilloso conocimiento. Descubrí que se trata de una técnica utilizada por los habitantes originarios en Hawaii, difundida de boca en boca, y rescatada por Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, creadora del sistema Autoidentidad a través de Ho’oponopono.
En el Ho´oponopono hablamos de “limpiar”. Limpiar significa que, cuando un problema aparece, estamos dispuestos a tomar el 100% de responsabilidad (no culpa).
Aceptar decir “lo siento” “perdóname” “gracias” “te amo”. Limpiar es una petición a la energía superior para corregir errores del pasado. Es una manera de darle permiso de borrar lo que no funciona y estamos listos para soltar.
Se conocen muchas herramientas para borrar los programas que repiten en nuestra mente. Las más importantes son el “gracias y el “te amo”. Limpiar es muy fácil. Es tan fácil que a tu intelecto se le hace difícil entender que sólo repitiendo mentalmente “te amo” o “gracias”, estás en verdad limpiando.
